- My client is a successful boutique accounting and advisory firm based in Perth, led by 2 experienced Directors.
- I am looking for an ambitious Private Clients Senior or Manager who is looking for a long-term career opportunity and would ultimately like to become a Director or Partner and equity owner of the practice.
- The person I am looking for will most likely have approximately 3–8 years of experience from a Big 4, mid-tier or quality boutique accounting firm, with experience advising high net wealth individuals, family groups and privately owned businesses.
- The role involves an interesting mix of business advisory, tax advisory, structuring, tax planning and compliance, working directly with the Directors and developing strong relationships with the firm’s private client base.
- You will have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for client relationships, staff management, advisory work and business development, with the two Directors providing mentoring and support as you progress.
- Importantly, this is a genuine long-term succession opportunity. For an ambitious and commercially minded person who performs well and helps grow the practice, there is a pathway to Director or Partner and the opportunity to buy equity in the firm within approximately 5–7 years.
