We are working with a leading boutique CA firm located in the Norwest area. We are looking for a Business Advisory Director (partner-level equivalent). The person we are looking for will most ideally suit a sole practitioner looking to merge their practice with a slightly larger firm and enjoy the cost synergies that may come as part of a merger. Also, a Business Advisory Senior Manager from a Big 4, mid-tier or small-tier CA firm looking to step up to a director position, or a director from a small-mid-tier firm looking for a more rewarding environment in the Norwest area are encouraged to apply. Established fee base from transitioning director, so the emphasis will be on maintaining current fee base, taking a leadership role and then leveraging client relationships in the future. You will have approximately 12-15+ years of experience servicing individuals, large privately owned businesses and small-medium enterprises. The role involves business advisory, strategic/planning and tax compliance services across key industry sectors.
