An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate (3–7 years’ PAE) to join a high-performing M&A and capital markets practice in Sydney.
You will work closely with a highly regarded partner who advises on complex and innovative transactions, with a strong focus on acting for financial investors, including private equity houses, infrastructure investors and super funds.
The practice is known for its involvement in high-value, strategically significant transactions across sectors including infrastructure, energy, technology and healthcare, offering exposure to premium clients and sophisticated deal work.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad mix of corporate transactions, including:
- Public and private M&A
- Equity capital markets transactions (ECM)
- Private equity and infrastructure investments
- Foreign direct investment (FDI) advisory
- General corporate advisory work
You will play a key role in transaction execution, working closely with clients and senior stakeholders on complex, high-profile deals.
About You
- 3–7 years’ PAE in corporate / M&A
- Experience across M&A and ideally ECM transactions
- Exposure to private equity or financial investor clients (highly regarded)
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to operate in fast-paced deal environments
