We are working with a leading global firm in Sydney to find a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager.
The person we are looking for will most likely come from another Big 4 accounting firm, a top 10 CA firm, or a tax role within a leading ASX company.
Responsibilities
The role involves working on a wide variety of transactions including:
Tax due diligence
Structuring
Advice on deal structures and fund structures
ATO reviews
Tax model reviews
Post-deal integration
Someone who has experience running client jobs from start to finish and developing client relationships will be well regarded.
