I am looking for a Manager or Senior Manager with Dayforce HCM platform experience for a leading mid-tier consulting firm in Sydney.
Reporting to a leading ex-Big 4 partner, the role delivers comprehensive human resources, payroll, workforce management, and talent management functionality.
You will play a key role in delivering successful workforce management (WFM) implementations. You will be involved in every stage of the implementation lifecycle—from gathering client requirements and configuring solutions to leading complex testing processes and managing stakeholder expectations. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery.
You will be responsible for the implementation and support of Dayforce HCM solutions. You will be a self-motivated and articulate professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes. Combined with a sound experience in Dayforce Solution Oversight, with a track record of delivering successful HCM implementations; Expertise in Payroll and HCM best practices, ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.. Strong business process mapping and modelling skills to identify and optimise workflows.
