I am looking for an Energy & Infrastructure Partner, for a 1st tier law firm in Sydney or Melbourne.
The role involves leading complex, high-value projects and transactions across the energy and infrastructure lifecycle, including renewables, power, transport and social infrastructure.
You would advise sponsors, investors, lenders and government clients on acquisitions, project development, financing, construction and regulatory matters, with exposure to emerging areas such as energy transition, storage, hydrogen and decarbonisation initiatives.
