We are working with a leading Big 4 firm seeking to appoint an Insurance Technology Partner with a transformation focus, based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This opportunity is ideally suited to a senior technology leader with deep experience advising insurers on large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital strategy, core systems modernisation, data and analytics, and technology-enabled operational improvement. You will play a key role in driving strategic client relationships, originating new work, and leading high-performing delivery teams. ### The partner opportunity involves: * Drive growth of the Technology Consulting practice by originating and winning new opportunities, leveraging strong networks and multimillion-dollar sales experience * Lead end-to-end account management, including pipeline development, deal pursuit, contract negotiation, and proposal/SOW delivery * Shape and close complex transformation deals that deliver measurable client value and differentiated outcomes * Provide strategic solution insights and develop joint value propositions with alliance partners to solve complex business challenges * Build trusted C-suite relationships and lead large-scale insurance transformation programs from origination through to delivery * Bring deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience leveraging emerging technologies (including AI) to deliver innovative, outcome-driven solutions The firm offers a highly collaborative partnership culture, a strong market brand, and a competitive remuneration package, subject to experience and performance.
