They are seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of estate planning, probate, estate administration and contested estate matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. ### About the role You will be responsible for: * Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and guardianship documents * Preparing probate and estate administration applications * Advising on contested estate matters, including family provision claims and executor disputes * Preparing court documents, briefs and attending mediations and court appearances * Managing matters from commencement through to resolution ### About you You will have: * 2+ years post-admission experience * 2+ years’ experience in Wills & Estates * Strong drafting, advisory and communication skills * A client-focused and practical approach * Experience with contested estates/litigation (desirable) The company values their people and provides a supportive environment where you can continue to develop your skills and build your career.
