I am seeking a Private Clients Associate Director or Director to join a leading Big 4 accounting firm in Melbourne. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a high-performing Private Clients practice, advising a sophisticated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and privately owned businesses.
The Role
In this leadership position, you will:
- Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth and privately owned clients
- Deliver complex tax advisory, structuring, and wealth preservation solutions
- Oversee both business advisory compliance and high-level strategic advisory engagements
- Play a key role in driving practice growth and client relationship development
- Mentor and develop a team of senior and emerging professionals
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
About You
You will bring:
- Significant experience in private clients / HNW tax advisory within a Big 4 or top-tier environment
- Strong technical expertise in complex tax and business structuring matters
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and client portfolios
- A commercial mindset with strong relationship management skills
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) preferred
