We are working with a leading Big 4 accounting firm to find a Private Clients Manager or Senior Manager to join their team in the Perth CBD. This is a Manager or Senior Manager opportunity within a high-performing Private Clients practice, advising a sophisticated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and privately owned businesses.
The Role
In this leadership position, you will:
Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth and privately owned clients
Deliver complex tax advisory, structuring, and wealth preservation solutions
Oversee both business advisory compliance and high-level strategic advisory engagements
Play a key role in driving practice growth and client relationship development
Mentor and develop a team of senior and emerging professionals
Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
About You
You will bring:
Significant experience in private clients / HNW tax advisory within a Big 4 or top-tier environment
Strong technical expertise in complex tax and business structuring matters
Proven leadership experience managing teams and client portfolios
A commercial mindset with strong relationship management skills
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) preferred
