The ideal candidate will likely be a compliance officer looking to step up to a senior compliance officer, a legal counsel from a government regulatory organisation, or a private practice lawyer or associate with experience in the energy retail sector looking for career progression. The role involves compliance, risk management, licensing requirements, and providing regulatory advice to the AER and ESC on regulatory issues.
